Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Give yourself enough time to check-in, turn off your electronics, use the restroom and settle onto your mat.
mats & towels
Please bring your own mat to class. You also may want to bring a hand towel with you to class. Sweat happens!
shoes
Everything is more fun barefoot. Free the soles of your feet. Please take your shoes off and leave them at our studio entrance.
