Special class offered for members of Schuylkill Country Club! Move your body, deepen your breath, and enjoy the view. Leave feeling connected to nature and yourself! No experience necessary.

Additional Details:
- We will begin respectfully at 9am, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get checked-in, roll out your mat, and settle into this beautiful space.
- Parking is available near pool area.
- We will be outside. Dress accordingly - perhaps sunscreen, sunglasses/hat, bug spray, sturdy shoes for walking to the open space, water and layers if it's brisk.
- Bring your own mat - we will set up in the grass and spaced out respectfully. You may enjoy a beach towel/blanket under your mat if the grass is damp.
- Restrooms may not be available, please plan ahead.
- If you feel sick, please stay home.
