Now begins the practice of Yoga! Michaela will be offering a 4 class series (or drop in for 1).
This beginner-friendly yoga series is designed for those new to yoga or anyone looking to revisit foundations. Each class breaks down essential poses, breathwork and basic alignment while offering options to meet your body where it is. You’ll build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence at a steady, accessible pace.
If you’re new to yoga and find it helpful to have a class specifically on the basics, this is for you.
If you’ve been practicing and want to refine the basics, this is for you.
You don’t need a yoga mat (we have extra!). You don’t need a certain outfit. You don’t need to know anything about yoga at all. All you need is a sense of curiosity and try something new!
Session #1 - January, 3 - Exploring Joint Space
Session #2 - January 10 - Standing and Balance
Session #3 - January 17 - Forward Folds and Backbends
Session #4 - January 24 - Exploring Your Practice
Time: 10:15-11:30am
Exchange: $20 for single session or $65 for all 4 sessions.
