Think cozy blankets, long exhales and the simple joy of reading together. Pack your favorite book and join us for Rest & Read! A deeply nourishing yoga experience that blends restorative postures with the quite pleasure of reading in community. Students will guided into fully supported, long-held restorative poses using bolsters, blankets, and props, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Once settled, students are invited to read quietly while resting—turning the pose into a sanctuary of stillness, reflection, and presence.
This class offers an opportunity to slow down, unplug from constant stimulation, and reconnect with the simple pleasure of being supported while engaging the mind in a calm, intentional way.
