Katonah treats the body like sacred geometry and revolves around contact, involving a lot of hands on adjustments, and best done in a small group for focused individual attention. Katonah Yoga focuses on alignment, structure and mapping the body in space. Join Michaela for a Spring Equinox Semi-Private Class on March 29th. The practice will be 75 minutes long, opening with seasonal spring breathwork, an adjustment forward spring practice, ending in restorative shapes that support the liver and gallbladder (the spring organs of digestion and detox) and a guided relaxation. you can expect to be supported by lots of props - blocks, straps, blankets. This class to be limited to 5 people.
