Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Give yourself enough time to check-in, turn off your electronics, use the restroom and settle onto your mat.

Please bring your own mat to class. We do have extra, in case you need to borrow a mat!
shoes
Everything is more fun barefoot. Free the soles of your feet. Please take your shoes off and leave them at our studio entrance.
