Kids will gain a greater sense of body awareness, develop healthy breathing patterns, and will have the opportunity to relish in the joy of their own creativity, flexibility and ability to form friendships. This class is a combination of lively, flowing sequences, fun balancing postures, games, storytelling, theme activities, music, art and creative relaxation techniques. This class also helps kids explore ways to calm the mind and navigate through difficult emotions with visualization and breath work. Yoga for kids is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. This nurtures inner strength and self-acceptance.
